A WALK IN THE VINYL STREET

Saturday, April 25, 2026, 11 a.m.

Start: in front of Karmavinil, Ozaljska 48 / Podgorska 3

Led by: Vatroslav Miloš

Participants: Karmavinil, Woodstock Record Shop, Free Bird Music, Dirty Old shop

“There is a street in Trešnjevka, starting at the Cibona tower, via the Trešnjevka Market and stretching further, towards Remiza, that takes you on a journey through the entire history of music – in a format that is equally romanticized as it is detested. In the nooks and crannies of Tratinska and Ozaljska Streets, in once one of a kind Končareva Street, there are hidden ‘’dream shops’’ brimming with vinyl records and stories about their history.

We will take you on a walk from Karmavinil, to Woodstock and Free Bird, to Dirty Old Shop, during which we will try to explore what it is that motivates people to transfer their fascination with music into a life behind dusty boxes and shelves full of vinyl.''

Vatroslav Miloš

The walk is led by Vatroslav Miloš, a cultural worker and music amateur (who needs more and more space where he can store all the records he owns, not to mention those that he needs).

The walk is free of charge, with no prior registration necessary. We will end the walk by hanging out and listening to vinyl records in front of Dirty Old shop. In the event of rain, the program will still be held.
