The authors of the exhibition, Ivana Perić, Ana Kutleša, and Dunja Kučinac, will take you through the exhibition, and show you who were Trešnjevka’ s players, retrieve from historical obscurity women who were professional and recreational players, coaches, journalists, teachers, but also sport workers, giving attention not only to the winners, but also to women who stayed behind the scenes, contributing in various ways to sport successes and the development of women’s sport in Trešnjevka. The authors will cover the research and the process of preparing the exhibition, as well as working with people who were crucial in creating the content of the exhibition.
In case you have already visited the exhibition, and you remember that you own an old Trešnjevka sports club membership card, a school sports kit, or a ticket for a game at the ‘’Matchbox’’ that you attended, this is your opportunity to evoke your memory and you’re your contribution to the virtual collection of the Trešnjevka Neighborhood Museum!
We are waiting for you on Tuesday, May 28, from 4 – 8 p.m. in Nova Baza, where we will be recording your contributions and listening to your stories. All items will be digitalized immediately and you will take them back with you. We invite you to see the exhibition when you come, either for the first time, or to revisit it.
If you are keeping other items from the past that are related to the neighborhood but not necessarily to the sports sphere, feel free to bring them, we will be happy to process them as well.

Exhibition "Trešnjevka's women players – Notes from the neighborhood sports history" will be open until June 8, 2024.
Entrance is free of charge.
